From Stockholm to Helsinki by Silja Tallink line

Wow – wonderful, amazing, luxurious, splendid – in these adjectives I could describe my first impression from our ferry from Stockholm to Helsinki by Tallink Silja line. What a great feeling to take a shower after 5 days spent on train in primitive hygiene conditions. Lila took an advantage of her short hostel staying, but I did not have that perk. Tired of the whole-day walking, I enjoyed my well-deserved repose. The ship itself is gorgeous. It has 7 floors, several restaurants, a nightclub, shops, services, bars, a cinema, a spa and an open swimming pool. From an alternative way of travelling I found myself on a luxurious cruise ship  It was breathtaking to watch the sunset from the promenade like in Titanic, or to drink martini while watching a cabaret show and listening to live music. Dunno what is better – travelling by a comfortable cruise ship, enjoying all the luxury, or taking my so called “low-budget” travelling. One thing is for sure: occasionally you need a change in order to appreciate what you like, because you do not know how it is when you miss it
